Pets are not permitted in the room or in vehicles in the parking area. We are happy to refer you to Bed & Bone, a nearby kennel.

All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking is permitted on all decks.

Check-in time is 3-8 pm. The office closes at 9 p.m. Sun-Thurs and 10 p.m. Fri-Sat (in the summer). If you think you will be late please call our office to make special arrangements. Plan on a 2 hour drive from Santa Rosa. We suggest you arrive early to get the most enjoyment out of your stay. Spa hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. in order to ensure a quiet and restful stay for all of our guests.

Check-out time is 11:00 am. Complimentary continental breakfast from 8am to 10:30am available in the lobby.

Cancellations: We require the first night's charge plus 11% hotel tax in advance. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Diner Club. If you cancel 5 or more days in advance, there is a $12 processing fee. Cancellations within the 5 days prior to arrival, the deposit is no longer refundable; however, we can change the date of the reservation at no additional deposit charge.
